Blue dragon plush with yellow belly

I'm posting because I lost my daughter's blue dragon plush yesterday around 3pm near the Meadville Public Library on Market Street. It's about 18 inches tall, with bright blue fur, a yellow belly, and a red frayed ribbon tied around its neck. It has white stitched eyes and a small tear on the left wing, plus one little squeaker that you can hear when you shake it.
