I lost my silver charm bracelet in Mattoon-Charleston while walking my dog near the park. It has several small charms that hold sentimental value, including a heart and a miniature book. I believe I might have dropped it near the picnic area. If anyone finds it, I would be incredibly grateful to have it returned.
