Cream beagle mix with red collar, missing

I lost my cream-colored beagle mix yesterday around 3pm after we were near the Mattoon Public Library on Main Street in Mattoon. He weighs about 22 pounds, with a white blaze on his chest and a small brown patch on his left ear, plus a tiny heart-shaped scar on his right front leg. He wears a red nylon collar with a green tag that says 'Milo'.
