Seiko 5 watch with black dial and leather strap

I found a Seiko 5 watch this afternoon around 3:20pm in the parking lot behind the Mason City Mall on 7th Street. It's a stainless steel case with a matte black dial, and a brown leather strap that's worn in from daily use. The back is engraved with the initials 'A.S.' and there's a small scratch near the 3 o'clock marker. It feels like it means a lot to someone who wore it, and I’d love to get it back to its owner.
