Navy satin evening gown with beaded bodice

I lost my navy satin evening gown yesterday around 5:45pm near the Royal Exchange Theatre on St. Anne's Square, Manchester. It's a size 8 with a beaded bodice and a detachable velvet belt; the gown is in good condition overall except for a small snag near the hem from the rain. The neckline is lined with clear crystal beads that catch the light, and there's a tiny emerald thread in the seam I always used to point out. It was a gift from my sister, so it means a lot to me and I’m really hoping to get it back. If anyone found it, I’d be incredibly grateful to hear from you.
