Bearded dragon found near Manchester Arndale

I found a bearded dragon this morning around 7:45am outside the Manchester Arndale entrance on Exchange Street. It’s about 8 inches long from snout to tail, sandy orange with irregular dark crossbands and a pale yellow belly. There’s a tiny blue ink dot on the scale just behind its left front leg, and the tail tip has a small notch that’s easy to spot. It seemed healthy and curious, basking on a warm rock I picked up from the pavement to keep it safe.
