Black tuxedo jacket with satin lapels, found near Capitol Square

I found a black Calvin Klein tuxedo jacket this afternoon around 2:45pm outside the Capitol Square on State Street, Madison. It's a size 42R wool-blend with satin notch lapels and a gray Calvin Klein inner lining. The jacket is in decent condition with a light crease and a tiny moth-hole near the left cuff, and there’s a silver tie clip engraved with the initials 'J.S.' tucked in the chest pocket.
