Neon-green Nike running shoes near Big Four Bridge

Found a pair of neon-green Nike running shoes this afternoon around 3:15pm near the Big Four Bridge entrance on River Road in Louisville. They’re men’s size 9.5, with bright lime uppers and a grey sole, and you can see a scuff on the left toe where the material’s worn a bit. Inside the tongue there’s an orange sticker with the name 'Kai' scribbled on it. They were just sitting on the sidewalk near the bike racks by the pedestrian path.
