Found green hiking backpack with patches containing water bottle and snacks near the riverbank in Louisville.

I found a green hiking backpack while walking my dog along the riverbank in Louisville yesterday evening. It has various patches on it and contains a water bottle and some snacks. I couldn't find anyone around to return it to, so I'm hoping to hand it back to its owner.
