Found gray tabby with blue collar near Cherokee Park

I found a cat this afternoon around 3:45pm wandering along Bardstown Road near the Cherokee Park entrance in Louisville. It's a gray tabby with white paws and a tiny pink nose, and it wears a blue collar with a little silver bell. The cat is friendly but a bit skittish and has a slight limp in the left hind leg. I brought him to a safe spot by the park's gatehouse, hoping to help reunite him with his family; I know someone is probably worried about him.
