Found a nearly new brown leather handbag with gold chain strap near Pershing Square, Los Angeles.

I found a lovely brown leather handbag while walking near Pershing Square in downtown Los Angeles. It was sitting on a park bench, and there was no one around to claim it. The bag looks nearly new and has a gold chain strap. I believe it likely belongs to someone, as it also has a small card holder inside with a name tag.
