Blue Ventolin inhaler in clear case found

I found a blue Ventolin inhaler in a clear plastic case this afternoon around 2:15pm on the sidewalk outside the CVS at Sunset Blvd and La Brea in Los Angeles. It’s a standard pediatric size, with a slightly scratched blue cap and a white body; there’s a tiny dent on the cap and a blue lanyard tag reading 'A.R.' attached to the case. The inhaler looks gently used but I think it’s still usable, and I know how important it is for someone who relies on it. This item feels like it has real urgency for its owner, and I’d love to help get it back to them.
