Blue reflective dog harness with ID tag

I lost my blue Ruffwear Front Range dog harness yesterday around 3pm near Echo Park Lake, by the water's edge and the pedal boat shack. It's royal blue with a lime-green inner lining, a reflective strip, and a sturdy silver D-ring. There’s a small scratch on the left strap and an ID tag engraved with Milo and the contact number 555-0148. Milo relies on it for safe daily walks, and I miss seeing him wearing it. If anyone found it, please get in touch—I'd really appreciate getting it back.
