Red dog harness with reflective stripe and name tag

I lost my red nylon dog harness yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Hempstead Turnpike in East Garden City, Long Island. It's a medium size harness with a bright reflective stripe and a small silver heart-shaped name tag engraved with 'Nova'. There's a slight fray near the buckle and the quick-release clip is a bit stiff from wear. The matching blue leash tucked into the harness is a faded shade and has a tiny paw-print charm on the D-ring. It was a gift from my sister and means a lot to me—please get in touch if you’ve seen it; I’d really appreciate getting it back.
