Found blue North Face backpack near Jones Beach with personal items inside.

I found a blue North Face backpack near Jones Beach while taking a walk on the boardwalk. It seems like it has some personal items inside, and it was left unattended for quite a while. I'm hoping to reunite it with its owner, as it looks like it has a lot of memories attached to it!
