Bright blue dog harness with reflective stripe

I found a bright blue dog harness this morning around 7:15am in the parking lot behind the Crystal Brook Shopping Center on Merrick Road in East Meadow, Long Island. It's a medium-sized nylon harness by Rabbitgoo, with a thick reflective stripe along the chest strap and a small white paw-print charm hanging from the D-ring. There's a light mud smear on the belly strap and a pink label inside that reads 'MILO' — a clue that might help identify the owner. I know how stressful it is to lose a harness, especially if your dog pulls or slips, so I’d really like to reunite this with its owner. If you recognize it, please reach out and I’ll gladly return it.
