I found Holiday Decorations on a dawn stroll around 8:20 a.m. on Sunday near Covent Garden Piazza in London, lying on the pavement by the Royal Opera House. They were a jumble of glittery baubles, tinsel, and a string of lights, still in a red tissue-wrapped bundle. The scene looked recent but I couldn't tell who they belonged to, and they clearly weren't mine.
