Black leather briefcase with brass clasp found near Paddington

I found a black leather briefcase yesterday around 3pm outside the entrance to Paddington Station on Praed Street, right by the taxi rank. It’s about the size of a laptop bag, with a slightly worn brass clasp that sticks when you close it. The leather shows a few scuffs, and there’s a faded red luggage tag tucked inside the front pocket. Inside the lining is navy blue, with a slim notepad, a few receipts, and a metal tag stamped with the initials 'M.S.' The whole thing smells faintly of coffee and rain but seems sturdy.
