Teal glucose meter kit in zip case

I lost my teal glucose meter kit yesterday around 3pm outside the Logan Library on Main Street in Logan. It's a small zip case about 6x4 inches, teal color with a scuffed corner and a black zipper pull. Inside is a white glucose meter and a few test strips, plus a tiny laminated photo of my grandmother tucked in the lid. The case has a coffee stain on the back corner and a sunflower sticker on the inside. This kit is essential for my daily routine and it holds sentimental value—really need it back.
