Seiko watch with navy strap

I lost my Seiko stainless steel watch yesterday around 3pm. It's a blue-dial Seiko with a 42mm silver case and a navy leather strap that has orange stitching. There's a small scratch on the bezel near the 2 o'clock mark, and the crown feels a tad loose when you wind it. It was a gift from my dad, so it's really sentimental to me and I wore it every day. I think I last had it while walking from the Clinton Presidential Library toward the River Market, near the entrance on Clinton Ave in Little Rock. If anyone finds it, please reach out—I'd be incredibly grateful to get it back.
