Navy hoodie with fox patch found near River Market

Found a navy blue hoodie with a small white fox patch on the chest, size M, and a bright red drawstring. I found it this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind the MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History, near River Market in Little Rock. It shows a little wear—a snag on the cuff and a faint coffee stain near the hem—but it's otherwise comfy and looks like something a lot of people would wear. The fox patch is pretty distinctive, plus the zipper pull has a tiny compass charm. If the owner sees this, I’d be glad to arrange a quick meet-up at a nearby cafe to get it back.
