I lost my favorite black leather handbag while out shopping at the Promenade at Chenal in Little Rock. It has gold accents and a detachable shoulder strap. Inside, I had my wallet and some personal items. I realized it was missing when I got back to my car around 5 PM. If anyone has seen it, please reach out!
