Burgundy passport in black RFID sleeve

I lost my burgundy U.S. passport yesterday around 3pm near the Clinton Presidential Library on President Clinton Avenue in Little Rock. It's tucked in a black RFID-blocking sleeve, and the cover shows light wear with a small crease along the bottom edge. The passport is standard size, with a blue ink initials stamp 'AH' on the inside page. This passport is really important to me—I have travel plans next month and it carries sentimental value because it's connected to my late grandmother who started my passport journey.
