Found silver ring with bright turquoise stone near a bench in Lincoln Park.

I found a lovely silver ring with a bright turquoise stone while walking my dog in Lincoln Park this morning. It was sitting near a bench, and it looks pretty new. I would love to return it to its owner, as it seems like it might be quite special to someone.
