Lost portable blood pressure monitor with blue case and small screen at Lima Health Centre waiting room.

I accidentally left my portable blood pressure monitor at the Lima Health Centre after my check-up. I remember using it in one of the waiting rooms, but when I reached my car, I realized it was missing. It has a blue case and a small screen that displays the readings. I really need it back as I use it daily for my health condition.
