Navy US passport in black leather sleeve

Yesterday around 6:15pm I realized my navy blue US passport was missing after I left Blend Coffee on Main Street and headed toward the Lewiston City Library. It was tucked in a black leather passport sleeve, and I noticed a small coffee ring on the sleeve and a tiny dent on the bottom-right corner of the passport cover. This passport is essential for a trip I have in two weeks, and it's sentimental—it was the plan for a trip my grandmother helped me set up. If someone found it near the library steps or along Main Street in Lewiston, I’d really appreciate getting it back; I can meet or pick it up in town.
