Navy blue velvet gown with silver belt

I lost my navy blue velvet evening gown yesterday around 5pm near the Lewiston Riverfront Park entrance on Main Street, right by the bridge that links Lewiston and Clarkston. It's a Calista gown, size M, with a detachable silver belt encrusted with rhinestones. There's a tiny coffee stain on the inner lining and a small tear at the bottom hem. It was a gift from my grandmother, and I really need it back for an event this weekend. If you found it, I'd really appreciate getting it back before Friday.
