Blue puffer coat with snowflake zipper pull

Found a blue North Ridge puffer coat this afternoon around 3:15pm behind Market Street Market in downtown Lewiston, near the bike racks. It's a men's medium, color blue with black trim, bright teal lining, and a snowflake zipper pull. There's a small tear near the left cuff and a coffee ring stain on the inside lining from yesterday.
