Brown leather wallet found near Walmart on Cache Rd

I found a brown leather wallet this afternoon around 3:15pm in the parking lot behind the Walmart on Cache Road in Lawton, Oklahoma. It's a medium-sized, genuine leather wallet with light scuffing and a soft patina. Inside are several cards in the slots and a small photo of a beagle tucked into the ID window. The outside edge has a tiny red stitch fray, and there's an initials stamp 'J.S.' on the inner lining. Not in perfect condition, but functional.
