Blue plush dragon with red ribbon

I lost my blue plush dragon, about 12 inches tall, a soft GUND toy with a white belly and bright green eyes. It has a red satin ribbon tied around its neck and a tiny silver star embroidered on the left wing—hard to miss if you see it. I think I dropped it yesterday around 3pm near the Walmart on NW Cache Road in Lawton while we were leaving the store and loading up our car. The toy was a gift from my aunt and means a lot to my kid; it would mean the world to have it back. If you found it, please reach out—I’m really hoping to get it back.
