Blue hardcover fantasy novel with handwritten note

Yesterday around 4pm I realized my blue hardcover fantasy novel is missing. I had it with me outside the Target on Cache Road near Central Mall in Lawton, and I must have dropped it while grabbing a snack. The book is a blue hardcover edition with a slightly scuffed spine, a tiny dent in the bottom-right corner, and it's about 6 by 9 inches with 320 pages. Inside the cover there's a pressed fern bookmark and on page 122 a pencil note that says 'For Maria'—it was a gift from my grandmother, so it means a lot to me.
