Red Yamaha 14-inch snare drum with stickers

I found a red Yamaha 14-inch snare drum with stickers this afternoon around 3pm outside the Golden Nugget on Fremont Street, downtown Las Vegas. The shell has a few scuffs and a small dent near the rim, but the hardware is solid and it sounds fine when tapped. Two distinctive stickers on the wrap—a cartoon cat and a blue star badge near the lugs—plus a sticker inside the shell with the number 5982 should help identify it.
