I lost my dog's favorite collar in Las Vegas while on a walk near the Strip. It’s a black leather collar with silver spikes and a small name tag that says 'Rex'. I noticed it was missing when we stopped for some ice cream, and I can't find it anywhere. If you saw it or picked it up, I would really appreciate your help in getting it back.
