I lost my white ID card this afternoon around 3pm near the H-E-B on Zaragoza Street in Laredo. It's a white plastic badge, vertical layout, with a blue stripe on the left and a small holographic sticker in the top-right corner. The back has a faint coffee stain and a tiny dent along the bottom edge, and the photo shows me with a neutral smile under the name 'Amina Noor'.
