Lost blue US passport with eagle in Laredo

Hey there, I lost my blue US passport yesterday around 3pm near Mall Del Norte on McPherson Ave in Laredo. It's the navy-blue passport book with the U.S. eagle on the cover, and there's a small crease along the top edge. Inside, you'll notice a passport photo of me and a tiny sticker from a recent photo session on page 2; the back cover has a faint coffee stain and a dent on the top-right corner.
