Found stainless steel 2-quart saucepan with blue grip

I found a stainless steel 2-quart saucepan this afternoon around 2:15 pm in the parking lot behind Mall del Norte on I-35, Laredo. It's a Farberware pan with a glass lid and a bright blue silicone grip on the handle. The pan has light scratches and a small dent on the rim, and the lid knob is engraved with the initials 'LB.' I figured someone might be missing it and I'm holding onto it nearby for safekeeping until the owner claims it.
