City employee ID badge on red lanyard

I lost my City of Laredo employee ID badge yesterday around 3pm near the Main Library on San Bernardo Ave. The badge is a blue plastic card, about 3 by 4 inches, laminated and a bit scuffed along the bottom-right corner. It shows my photo in a light blue polo, with a red lanyard with white diagonal stripes, and a small holographic City seal near the top-left. There's a tiny scratch on the bottom edge and a faint coffee stain along the back. I really need it back—it's my office access and I can't get into work without it.
