Blue U.S. passport found near World Trade Bridge

Found a blue U.S. passport this afternoon around 2:45pm on a bench near the World Trade Bridge entrance on San Bernardo Ave in Laredo. The cover is the standard dark blue with a gold seal, a bit worn from travel. The back cover has a small coffee stain and the bottom-left corner is creased from being carried in a pocket; otherwise it's intact. I placed it in a protective sleeve to keep it safe.
