Red North Face parka with fur hood, lost

I lost my red North Face parka, size L, a bright winter puffer with a detachable black faux-fur hood. It’s in decent condition but has a small scuff on the right sleeve and a yellow stitch along the inner seam. I last saw it yesterday around 6pm outside the State Capitol on Capitol Ave, after walking from the Lansing City Market. It was a gift from my mom last Christmas, so it has sentimental value and I’m really hoping to get it back. Inside the left pocket there’s a green fabric patch with my initials 'PP' that should help identify it.
