Navy duvet cover with white piping, queen size

I lost my navy duvet cover with white piping, queen size, yesterday around 3pm. It's a lightweight cotton-poly blend, smooth on the outside and a touch brushed on the inside, with a tiny embroidered 'AM' near the bottom corner and a faint coffee stain along the inner seam. I think I had it in my apartment on Kalamazoo Street near Sparrow Hospital in Lansing after I changed the sheets and did a quick load of laundry; it might have slipped into the hallway closet or rolled behind the dresser near the laundry area.
