Golden retriever with blue harness in Lancaster

I lost my dog yesterday around 3pm near the Central Market on North Market Street in Lancaster. He's a medium-sized golden retriever mix named Milo with a golden coat and a small white heart-shaped patch on his chest, and he wears a bright blue reflective harness. He also has a tiny scar above his right eyebrow and a slight limp in his left hind leg.
