I found a beautiful blue parakeet fluttering around my backyard in La Salle Co. It seemed a bit lost and frightened, but after giving it some seeds, it calmed down. It's such a vibrant little bird, and I'm worried it might belong to someone nearby. If you recognize this little guy, please get in touch!
