Found a 12-inch tall ceramic vase with hand-painted floral patterns on a bench in the park near La Salle Co.

I found a lovely ceramic vase, about 12 inches tall with hand-painted floral patterns, while walking my dog in the park near La Salle Co. It was sitting on a bench and seemed to be left there. I would love to get it back to its owner if they can describe it.
