Blue North Face backpack lost near La Salle Co library

I lost my royal-blue North Face Borealis backpack yesterday around 3pm near the La Salle Co Library on Main Street. It's a 28-liter bag in decent condition, with a gray bottom panel and a couple of scratches from daily use; the zipper pulls have small red tabs. The front pocket has a pink enamel panda keychain clipped to the zipper, and there's a faint coffee stain on the front and a tag inside that reads 'Property of Priya'. Inside are my laptop charger and a worn notebook; it means a lot to me because it was a gift from my sister, and I really need it back.
