Sterling silver necklace with sapphire pendant

I lost my sterling silver necklace yesterday around 3pm near Riverside Park in La Crosse, along the riverfront path by the Main Street bridge. It's an 18-inch chain with a small sapphire pendant about the size of a pea. The clasp is a bit loose and there's a tiny engraving on the back — my initials 'LC' — that I had added last year. This necklace is sentimental; it was a gift from my mom after I graduated, and I really need it back. If anyone found it, please reach out; I’d be incredibly grateful.
