Navy blue RFID passport wallet with red interior

I lost my navy blue RFID passport wallet yesterday around 3pm. It's a compact zip-around with a red inner lining and a tiny coffee stain on the inner sleeve. I had it on a bench near the Riverside Park entrance off Cass Street, by the riverfront path in La Crosse. Inside are my travel cards and a small compass sticker on the inside pocket, plus a photo of my grandmother tucked in the card slots. It has sentimental value and I really need it back.
