I'm Mia Carter. I lost a soft gray wool scarf with a navy fringe. I last had it around 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, walking the Mississippi River path by Riverside Park, near the 4th Street/Main Street entrance. The scarf was tucked into my coat, and I didn't notice it was missing until I reached the overlook. It was a gift from my grandmother, and I've worn it every chilly evening since fall; losing it feels like losing a piece of her. Please keep an eye out near the benches along the riverbank; I'd be grateful to recover it through the site.
