Found black Samsung Galaxy phone near Riverside Park with a sunset wallpaper, not turning on.

I found a black Samsung Galaxy phone near Riverside Park in La Crosse yesterday afternoon. It's in good condition but isn't turning on, so I assume the battery might be dead. There was no lock screen, and I could see a wallpaper of a sunset. If it belongs to you, please describe the phone, and I'll be happy to return it!
