Found a friendly blue parakeet with a red leg band in a backyard in Knoxville.

I found a beautiful blue parakeet flying around my backyard in Knoxville. It seems friendly and has a small red band on its leg. If anyone in the area is missing their bird, please reach out. I would love to reunite it with its owner!
