Blue glazed ceramic wall hanging, oval with brass hook

I lost my blue-glazed ceramic wall hanging yesterday around 3pm outside the Klamath Falls Public Library on Main Street. It's a handmade stoneware piece, roughly 12 inches tall and 9 inches wide, with a teal-to-deep-blue crackle glaze and a small sun motif etched on the back. It hangs on a brass hoop and has a tiny chip on the lower left corner. It was a gift from my grandmother and holds a lot of sentimental value for me—I'm really hoping to get it back, it brightens my living room every day.
